Are all your items authentic?
Open Attire is a fully registered, VAT-registered Ltd company, and all products we sell are 100% authentic, brand new and supplied with tags. Our stock is sourced from trusted suppliers across the UK and Europe, including authorised suppliers and direct brand pre-orders.
Will my item come with Certilogo technology?
All items will come as they would from the flagship store. Stone Island will have Certilogo technology, C.P. Company will have CLG technology etc.
How can I pay?
We accept PayPal, all major debit and credit cards, Clearpay, Klarna and Apple Pay. For bank transfer or Wise (formerly TransferWise) payments, please contact us directly.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) via Royal Mail Tracked24, with UK delivery usually taking 1–2 working days.Next-day delivery is also available.Track your order via the My account section.
Can I cancel my order?
We dispatch orders quickly, so your order may already have shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation and refund. A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover payment processing costs.
Can I exchange my item for free?
Yes, we offer completely free exchanges. No return cost, no extra shipping cost on the new item too - email us if you want us to hold the exchange aside for you.
What is your return policy?
Return any unused item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (exemptions apply). Please print out our returns form, and generate a pre-paid returns label - £4 charge.
International orders cannot be returned.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders usually arrive within 7-14 business days, and are inclusive of duties.
How is my data stored?
Your payments and personal data are kept secure. PayPal and card payments are processed through encrypted payment gateways. We comply with GDPR and never store your passwords or payment details. We only collect essential checkout information, such as your name, email and address, which can be deleted upon request.
