• If marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbours, household members or your local post office. If still not found, must be reported within 7 days to initiate a claim
• We are not responsible for parcels left outside or collected from Post Offices unless pre-arranged with us
Please note that for any parcels that have been signed for but not delivered, if there is CCTV or 'Ring' doorbells on the premises but they are broken at the time of delivery, we will not be able to make a claim with Royal Mail. It is essential that any security at the address, is in working order.
• Returned due to incorrect address: £8 handling fee applies, and if held at post office for 2 weeks is only eligible for store credit or reshipment.
• Failed deliveries returned to us: reshipment available for £4, or exchange/store credit offered
